Photography Services Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the provision of photography services by PixelPro Studios, located at 12 Lenina Street, Moscow, 115054, Russia, to you, the client. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Copyright and Usage Rights
PixelPro Studios retains the copyright to all images produced. The client is granted a license for personal use of the images. Commercial use requires a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
- Personal Use: Includes printing, sharing on social media, and displaying the images for non-commercial purposes.
- Commercial Use: Any use that generates revenue or promotes a product or service requires written permission and may involve additional licensing fees.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photography session or event. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and cash.

3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- 14 Days or More Notice: Rescheduling possible, deposit transferable.
- Less Than 14 Days Notice: Forfeiture of deposit.
4. Liability Disclaimer
PixelPro Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during a photography session or event. We take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our clients, but participation in photography activities is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or venue restrictions, that may affect the quality or outcome of the photography services.
5. Image Delivery
Edited, high-resolution images will be delivered electronically within 2-4 weeks of the photography session or event. We will provide a link to download the images from our secure server.
6. Model Release
For certain types of photography (e.g., commercial, fashion), a model release form may be required. This form grants PixelPro Studios the right to use the images for promotional purposes. Your consent is required before we can use your images in this way.
7. Travel Fees
For photography services outside of Moscow, travel fees may apply. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
8. Retouching and Editing
Our standard editing includes color correction, basic retouching, and cropping. Advanced retouching requests may incur additional fees.
9. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits for photography at specific locations. The client is also responsible for ensuring the cooperation of all participants during the photography session or event.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
PixelPro Studios reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
